Ciao Restaurant

resently redecorated, this local restaurant has delicious food, professional attentive service and reasonable prices. I have ner had a bad experience there. Excellent Italian food with varied menu, nice seafood.

I had the pleasure of eating here many years ago, when they first opened. It was very good. Since then, this Italian has grown in size and reputation. It is wonderful family restaurant that everyone can enjoy. The décor is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very professional and you can even get take out. Their menu is extremely well designed. They plate food beautifully. It's been around since the mid 1980s and that says something for this fine restaurant. Where others have failed in this corner of Eastchester, they have prevailed. It is expensive so get ready. You can celebrate many occasion's here as well. Parking isn't the best but it's free. It is great for couples as well and small parties. If you have a special occasion, go meet the owner and do something great.

We ate here for a family event. It was wonderful.

Decided to dine at Ciao for a traditional Italian Christmas Eve dinner. Our dinner was superb and the service was impeccable!

Excellent service.. loved the cold antipasto & traditional Italian pizza. I loved the open view of the kitchen as well. If not for the noise level I would have given this place 5 stars ! We ate early (6pm) on a Saturday night and it was already loud... despite the fact that the place was only 50% full !!

Absolutely a place worth stopping over, the food is excellent and well prepared, the costs are convenient and it is always well organized in here. Keep it up.

Food is always Delicious, especially the pizza. So paper thin, yum!! The potatoes no matter how they make em I Eat em!! 😘. The place is clean, nice and staff is on point.

We had a Our Wedding at Ciao’s from exchanging vows until the reception. Benny and all of his staff are absolutely amazing at what they do. You will be completely satisfied with the food the service the atmosphere and your guess we’ll have a great time. I highly recommend that you have a Wedding or any events or party at Ciaos restaurant in Eastchester.10 thumbs up 👌🏻

Great delicious food, and top notch service.

We held a fundraising event in the upstairs room and hospitality and food couldn't be better. Zef and the staff were fantastic and I'll strongly recommend Ciao, whether for dinner or an event.

Another great meal at Ciao's and we were lucky enough to have Leonard as our server again. Food was so tasty and a large serving... I had enough for lunch the next day. I had the Chicken Paillard and loved it.....chicken perfectly grilled and pounded thin with a wonderful topping of endive, avocado, tomatoes and mozzarella. We shared a Tiramisu for dessert and it was equally good. Leonard is terrific....always polite, no rush, no fuss and with a smile....everything here is a pleasure....like eating at home without the work! Will be back again for sure! Hope we get Leonard again!!!

Food and service always very good

Staff is extremely generous and Benny, the manager is probably the most helpful person you will ever work with at a restaurant. Food is some of the best in Westchester.

Much more than your common Italian dining experience. Pizza is Delizioso - you can watch the Pizza being made from any Table in the dining room. Incredible variety on their menue, private party rooms: upstairs and downstairs. Professional wait staff.

Stopped at Ciao for a quick lunch with some colleagues. Needed to be served quick and was. Food was very very good and service was excellent. Hoping to have another excused to go back at some point. Would highly recommend for a nice sit down Italian meal.

Was there to attend an 85th Birthday Party which was very nice. The food is always excellent and the atmosphere very nice. Have been there for dinner other times and even other parties. The only negative experience was that as the event was winding down -- but not yet over with under an hour remaining -- they either shut off or lowered the AC so much on a very warm day to "make a statement" like leave soon. I had to ask them to put the AC back on/up because people were now sweating. It felt better after that but to think someone had to say something to the staff is plain stupid. The party organizers noticed immediately after.

Excellent Service and Food

Great restaurant. I wish I lived closer to go to it more often. Was in the area and googled local restaurants so we went and glad we did. Nice bread and house salad. Fish was fresh , lobster w risotto well prepared and a great wait staff

My wife and I went as guests. The food was wonderful. I can't say whether it was expensive or not.

Below average food. But, the pizza is excellent

Outstanding service and food is just delicious, the personal attention is fantastic and the kids loved watching the pizza flipping but enjoyed eating them more. Ideal for family’s, couples and even private events.

Even takeout is great, this restaurant is tops when it comes to Italian Food. Staff are real professionals and courteous. Great menu you can’t go wrong

Stopped by for dinner. Food was authentic and tasty italian. Atmosphere was great. Prices reflect an uperscale restaurant so keep that 20-25% increase in cost in mind. If this is a concern, there are other great places within a ten minute drive where you can get great Italian food cheaper. Just Google it.

First time in the restaurant, very good experience. Second time here, one year later and everything is the same as the last time. Great food, big portion and very fresh ingredients.

Nice dim setting over candle light. Unique drink menu and chill atmosphere. Parking sucks in this area so plan ahead if you're driving.

Service was good but food was ok

We love this place, the food, Service, and now newly decorated interior is amazing. My personal favorite is the really thin pizza or the chicken scarp. The wait staff is amazing, they’re always quick to assist with anything you need. We dine here frequently but also do parties such as birthdays, graduation parties, fun raisers and my wife even had her baby shower here. Five stars all around :-)

Have been a number of times with family. Its always good. And they always accomodate my picky eater requests with a smile. The food is always delicious. The service is fantastic.

Our annual holiday party is held here. The service for this private event is always very good. The food is tasty as well. The space is nice. The special event area is on the second floor, but they do have a chair lift for mobility impaired individuals.
